We soon turn our calendars to March 2024, when that milestone inevitably arrives; it will mark 25 years since marketing professional Jack Cantwell turned his back on big agency/big corporate life and traded it in for the autonomy of serving clients “his way.”
SkyLimit Marketing, a one-person business “by design,” is proud to serve mostly Central Pennsylvania clients since March 1999. “I have many years of experience in writing, planning, negotiating, and executing marketing plans for my clients. If I need things like graphic design and broadcast or print production, “I delegate those tasks to retain my independence,” Jack says, “It has served me well. I keep up with my craft by actively learning “new stuff” continuously. Marketing choices are constantly changing. You need to keep up or fall behind.”
Jack faces another milestone on May 6th, when he turns 90 years old. “As long as the passion for my profession still burns bright, I will keep on. I tell people I may be the oldest marketing professional in America; anyone wants to challenge that?” he says with an Irish smile, “God has blessed me with the ability to do work that I love (confirmed with many awards). I thank him every day.”
