Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable
and organized individual to deliver excellent customer service in-person and
over the phone as the first point of contact for clients. This role involves
evaluating client needs and providing assistance promptly. Additionally, you
will offer administrative support to the office to ensure smooth operations. If

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer client calls,
identifying client needs, and responding to questions with a
client-focused approach.
- Warmly greet and welcome
clients coming into the building, identifying their needs and notifying
corresponding parties promptly.
Take receipt of and document payments.
- Schedule client appointments
with complete information following standardized processes as applicable.
- Respond to website intake
forms and voicemails received promptly.
- Take receipt of mail and
packages to be sorted and delivered and prepare outgoing mail.
- Support the operations of the
office by completing office filing, taking documents to the Courthouse and
maintaining basic cleanliness and organization.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Other
duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Degree or GED.
- One year of customer service
experience.
- Professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with Microsoft
Office.
