Kent Keller, PHR is a Business Advisor, specializing in Workforce Engagement. In this role, Kent assists the manufacturers to continuously and strategically strengthen their business. Kent builds close relationships with the owners and staff of small to medium sized manufacturing firms, assisting them in identifying and prioritizing business improvement opportunities, creating implementation projects by selecting appropriate technical and financial resources and managing these projects to successful conclusions. Kent comes from a manufacturing background and has 21 years of business experience. Prior to joining MANTEC he worked at a privately-held printing company with several hundred employees. Mr. Keller is recognized as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management.
