The Central Pennsylvania Food Bank (CPFB)
is dedicated to alleviating hunger and food insecurity in central
Pennsylvania. It serves as a vital link between the food industry and those
in need, distributing millions of pounds of food to individuals and families
through a network of partner agencies and programs - including food pantries,
soup kitchens, emergency food providers and more - throughout its 27-county
service area. The organization is committed to addressing the root causes of
hunger and promoting equity in access to nutritious food.
CPFB recently partnered with our firm to recruit a Senior Vice President/Chief Equity Officer. Following a nationwide search, Ellen Min was selected for this key role and began her duties earlier this year. She is responsible for providing leadership and expertise in leveraging, refining, implementing, and executing the organization’s equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDIB) strategic plan.
