Lebanon County, PA March 20, 2024 - The United Way of Lebanon County has announced its annual Day of Caring event, set to take place on Saturday, April 20th, from 9 am to 12 pm. Day of Caring is one of the largest volunteer initiatives in Lebanon County, consisting of over 40 diverse projects aimed at making a positive impact on the community. Previous years have seen over 500 volunteers join together in Lebanon County to give back to the community.
Anyone
interested in volunteering for this Day of Caring event is encouraged to
register for projects through the United Way's Volunteer Portal. Information
can be accessed on the United Way's Day of Caring webpage on their website.
Individuals, families, groups, and company teams are all welcome to join in and
contribute to the various projects happening across Lebanon County.
Projects
for the Day of Caring include the cleanup of parks, waterways, and other
beautification endeavors throughout the county. This is a great opportunity for
volunteers to come together and make a tangible difference in their community
in a hands-on and impactful way.
Everyone in Lebanon County is encouraged to seize this opportunity to be part of the 2024 Day of Caring.
