class, as well as a pad of paper and pencil. Tuition provides all other
supplies to be used and includes personal protective equipment -welding helmet,
jacket, gloves, eye protection, etc. as well as all metal, gas, and consumable
materials.
Payment must be made in full no later than one week prior to
class start date. The deadline is April 2nd. There will be no
refunds for no shows, dropping out, etc. Space is limited. Your payment is your
commitment to taking the course and it reserves your place in the class.
Registration is first come, first served. To register,
students must submit an application to adult education and pay for the full
course ($1,800). Registration is not complete without a complete application
and full payment.
Acceptable forms of payment: cash, check, credit card (Visa
or Mastercard), or money order. The school does not have scholarships or
funding for this program. Checks are to be made out to Lebanon County Career
and Technology Center and mailed to 833 Metro Drive, Lebanon, PA 17042
Upon satisfactory completion of the training students will
receive a certificate of completion from the Lebanon Career and Technology
center for an introductory course to the basic skills of welding. This is a
short term (60 hour / 20 classes in 10 weeks) training course. Those who
complete will not be masters of welding. This course is intended to get
participants the basic skills they need to find entry level employment.
Satisfactory completion is up to the discretion of the
instructor, our field expert. Students may not come late or leave early. Plan
to have 100% attendance, as students may not miss any more than two classes.
Students must be English proficient to take this course due
to all class materials and instruction being conducted in English.
Every effort will be made to run the course, but the CTC
reserves the right to cancel the class and refund those students who have
pre-paid if there are not enough participants to run the course.
