LANCASTER, Pa. — Rhoads Energy has hired Nancy Fisher to oversee the organization’s financial vision, strategy, and execution.
Fisher
has been named Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Rhoads Energy, a
107-year-old company with deep roots in southcentral Pennsylvania. Rhoads
offers heating and cooling equipment installation, residential and commercial
fuel delivery, and fleet fueling, among other services.
In
her position with Rhoads, Fisher will oversee all financial and accounting
functions: providing accurate and timely financial reports, preparing the
annual operating budget, and serving as liaison to financial institutions. She
will also manage staff responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, credit and collections, and related functions.

will serve a vital role as the company continues a sustained period of growth
and geographic expansion.

Fisher
comes to Rhoads Energy with decades of finance experience. Her prior roles
include CFO/Treasurer of an electronics company, VP Finance for a regional
communications leader, and stints as a controller and auditor at various
corporations.
In
addition, Fisher has been active in the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and the
United Way of Lancaster, serving on the boards of both organizations.
Fisher
has completed leadership training through Stanford University Graduate School
of Business and the Chicago Booth School of Business. She holds a BSBA in
Accounting from Shippensburg University.
