WellSpan Health and Lebanon Valley Libraries Get Outdoors Program-Starting June 1, 2023
Each year, WellSpan Health partners with local libraries across Lebanon County to offer a free program designed to keep children and their families active and connected all summer long. The Get Outdoors (GO) program, run in conjunction with the library summer read program, encourages families to read together and explore the outdoors by hiking trails and walking paths in their community. Beginning June 1st, the Get Outdoors program will go live for its 8th year, but with a cool new twist!
Pairing well with this year's theme of "All Together Now", the GO program has been expanded to include adults!This year, adults will be able to keep track of their hikes and be entered to win prizes. This addition aims to encourage all of our community members, regardless of age, to improve their wellbeing this summer. For more information click here
