Who: Leaders from Penn
Medicine Lancaster General Health and Chester County developer, Hankin Group,
will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Queen Street Flats project, a
mixed-use urban development uniquely focused on advancing the health and
well-being of the community.
During the morning ceremony, remarks will be made by Penn Medicine Lancaster
General Health and Hankin Group leaders and the Director of Community Planning and
Economic Development for the City of Lancaster.
What: Learn how the project’s distinctive multi-story residential buildings, parking structures, medical offices and commercial/retail space will enhance housing opportunities, enrich healthcare services, and ultimately deliver an experience focused on healthy lifestyles. The Queen Street Flats project will occupy the space at the former Lancaster Family YMCA property between the 500
blocks of North Queen and North Prince streets.

Frederick
streets.
