All of us at North Group are very pleased to welcome Sally Bredeman to our
team!
Sally has a courageous, “roll up your sleeves” spirit and clear passion for developing people and strengthening workplace cultures. Most recently, Sally served as Principal of Smoketown Elementary School in the Conestoga Valley School District of Lancaster County.

Sally holds Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Special Education from Millersville University, a Master's in Counseling from Millersville University, and a Doctorate in Leadership from Immaculata University. She takes this personal development thing seriously!
As an active member of the community, Sally serves on the Board of Directors
for SEEDS, a nonprofit organization serving as a community hub to support
families in the Conestoga Valley community.
Sally and her husband, Justin, reside in Strasburg, PA, and have two sons – Ethan and Kayden, and one daughter – Annika.
Already a friend to several North Group team members, we appreciate Sally’s ambitious spirit, bias for action and unquenchable desire to learn. These character traits are going to make her a fantastic leadership consultant who is sure to bring much value to our team, clients and friends. Both because of WHO she is and the competencies that she brings, we believe that North Group will be even better with Sally on our team.
