RATCHFORD FOR KEY LEADERSHIP ROLE

LANCASTER, Pa. — The Rhoads Energy Family of Companies, an employee-owned energy and HVAC services leader, announced it has hired John Ratchford as Director of Sales.
In that role, Ratchford will manage and train the company’s sales team, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and incorporate new offerings into the company’s portfolio. He will also establish the overarching sales strategy for the growing organization.
The Rhoads Energy Family of
Companies, which serves a five-county area in Southcentral Pennsylvania, offers
a wide range of residential and commercial energy and fuel services. The
105-year-old provider also operates Cool Crew, an HVAC division of 50+
technicians that installs and services an array of home comfort equipment.

Ratchford brings to Rhoads decades of sales experience in the region’s energy industry. Most recently, he worked as a Sales Management Consultant, educating sales teams for clients in HVAC and other industries. Prior to that, Ratchford held sales management positions at companies specializing in heating and cooling.
Ratchford lives in Landisville.
