The
first-ever Ceylon Leitzel Leadership Award was presented to Melissa Bishop.
Melissa, who is fighting lung cancer, accepted the award from Ceylon at the
American Lung Association Sapphire Gala. Both the award and the gala are named
after Ceylon as a tribute to his leadership, support and tradition of donating
sapphire jewelry to the annual gala.
