New Training Manager-Brian Paterniti to Lead Training and Apprentice Programs

The Manufacturers' Association, a growing regional trade association serving manufactoring, production and logistics in southcentral Pennsylvania and northcentral Maryland, recently named Brian Paterniti as its' new training manager.
The Association has more than 325 member companies, and offers training courses and apprentice programs for members and non-member companies alike- even on occasion delivering training 'directly to the doorstep' within its ten-county area in southcentral Pennsylvania, to best meet the needs of providing employee training to local manufacturers.
A resident of nerby Dallastown, Paterniti joined its staff as its new training manager, effective June 26, and comes to the regional Association with eighteen years of experience in the training and development field.
He began his career in training and development in 2007, and became a training coordinator in 2011. He has spent several years wokring with manufacturing companies such as Apex Tool Group and Penn-Mar INK. Paterniti is presently completing his B.S. degree in Organizational Leadership and Development at Penn State University.
