Steckbeck Engineering has named the MS4 coordinator for the local engineering and surveying firm. This position has many responsibilities and will be filled by someone who has an excellent background which will asure everyone that he will be able to fill the responsibilities.
Steckbeck Engineering & Surveying, Inc. (SESI) has named Daniel J. Cannistraci, E.I.T. as its Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Coordinator. As MS4 Coordinator, Cannistraci will plan and organize permit compliance for SESI’s municipal clients that own and operate MS4s. His responsibilities will include permit applications, public outreach and education, asset management, preparation of grant applications, pollutant reduction planning, project implementation, permit reporting and marketing.

Lebanon County native and Cedar Crest High School graduate, Cannistraci brings
a strong educational background to the position, having completed his Master of
Science in Environmental Engineering from Lehigh University in 2015, with
specific emphases in Engineering Hydrology; Groundwater Flow and Contaminant
Modeling; and Environmental Risks, Regulation and Policy. Cannistraci also has
experience researching biological contaminants and pollutants. Dan holds his
Engineer-in-Training certification and is working towards his professional
engineering licensure.
