Jubilee Ministries’ executive director, Clair Weaver, announced his plans to retire on March 31, 2016, after 25 years in the position. Clair oversees Jubilee’s various ministries including its prison ministry in three county prisons, four state correctional facilities, and one community corrections center as well as Jubilee’s aftercare ministry, homeless ministry, and the Jubilee stores. The stores serve as both an income source for the other ministries and as a ministry within themselves by offering low-cost, quality items to the general public and material assistance to those with a connection to the prison system.
