Now CCRE is announcing a significant milestone with the formation of a new entity, Campbell Commercial Partners LLC. This partnership combines the extensive expertise and experience of Art Campbell, Jessica Gasper and Larry Kostelac, who together have over 75 years of combined experience. The primary focus of Campbell Commercial Partners LLC is to ensure continued success for years to come, with Gasper and Kostelac stepping into leadership positions.
Art Campbell started his career in property management in 1975 and after several years in management and multi-family development he started Campbell Commercial in 1984. Campbell has been a proven leader in the commercial real estate scene and during his years in the business, has been recognized with multiple awards, including CPBJ Success and Leadership ICON Award, Costar Power Broker’s Top Broker Award, Crexi Platinum Broker Award, West Shore Chamber Business Achievement Award and REALTOR of the Year. Most recently, Campbell was honored with the Central Penn Business Journal’s Lifetime Achievement Award for 2023.
Jessica Gasper obtained her real estate license in 2001 and has spent the past 18 years as a driving force behind Campbell Commercial’s success. Gasper recently completed the Executive Leadership Series through Leadership Harrisburg , a program focusing on a multi-county footprint including Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry counties to gain insight into the issues and challenges of the Capital Region. “I am incredibly proud of everything our team at Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has accomplished, and I look forward to the future success of our firm partnering with Art and Larry.” said Jessica.
Larry Kostelac has been with Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. since 2018 and is excited to partner with Jessica and Art. Most recently Larry was involved in the retail redevelopment project of Lower Allen Commons in Camp Hill, PA, bringing Trader Joe’s to the area as well as the ongoing retail development of North Cornwall Commons in Lebanon, PA. He was also honored in 2022 with Central Penn Business Journal as a “Leader in Construction in Real Estate - Commercial Agent”. Says Larry, “I am honored and excited to be able to partner with Art Campbell and Jessica Gasper in Campbell Commercial Partners LLC to continue our work dedicated to helping our clients achieve their real estate goals no matter how large or small.”
Also continuing with Campbell Commercial Partners LLC is Tesla Blood as Vice President and Monica Stofko as Director of Business & Marketing. Tesla started with Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2018 and specializes in transaction coordination. Monica oversees business coordination and the company’s marketing strategies since joining Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2021.
