New Tool Helps Smart Meter Customers Monitor and Analyze Energy Usage

Met-Ed customers who have a smart meter installed can now access a new Analyze Usage tool from our website www.energysavepa.com and clicking on “Energy Analyzer.” The Energy Analyzer provides customized information about energy usage and tips for making energy-saving improvements. Customers can see their usage for a single month and additional details such as daily or hourly usage.
Smart meters have been installed on most homes and businesses in Lebanon County; Dauphin County; Lehigh County; parts of Lancaster County; and western and northern portions of Berks County. Smart meter installation is underway in central Berks County and the remaining Met-Ed service area in Lancaster County.
