The team of Art Campbell, Jessica Gasper and Larry Kostelac of Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. have been awarded the exclusive sales and leasing assignment for the long anticipated North Cornwall Commons project in Lebanon County. The multi-phase mixed use project, is being developed by Springwood Development Partners, a partnership between Blackford Development and Byler Holdings LLC. When completed, the 81-acre project will be comprised of retail, restaurant, hospitality, office and townhomes.
Improvements, which include PennDot road work and onsite infrastructure: paving, curbing, site grading and storm water management, have begun and the first phase of infrastructure will be completed this summer. Construction of Trail Side, a planned 160-unit townhouse development, which includes a community clubhouse, pool and direct access to the Lebanon Valley Rail-Trail, is currently underway by Kenneth Homes of Lancaster. The community includes three models, all of which have an attached garage. Over twenty units have been presold.
The first phase of the North Cornwall Commons project consists of a 100-room hotel pad, two restaurant pads, retail stores & shops in a 10,000sf multi-tenant building. Construction of the retail and office pads are currently underway. The close proximity to the Lebanon VA Hospital, one of the top-rated VA hospitals in the country, and the Lebanon EXPO Center, which has over 100,000 visitors a year, as well as Hershey/Lebanon tourist attractions make this an ideal project for local, regional and national businesses to join and enhance the growing community of North Cornwall Township and Lebanon County.
Phase two is a master-planned business campus with a focus on medical office. The lots will be for sale or build-to-suit. Roads and sidewalks in this phase will connect to Tuck Business Park, which has nearly 40 occupied office buildings. Springwood Development Partners has designed a coordinated and attractive architectural scheme for the various building design features that is reflective of the local architectural elements and incorporates spacious sidewalks, courtyards, extensive landscaping and biking/walking trails throughout.
