Local TempForce Office Looks to the Future with New Owner, Glenn Rambler

TempForce’s Lebanon office announced Glenn Rambler will take over as the new owner of the local staffing agency. Glenn will succeed Cindy and Steve Heisey, who will retire after 38 years of serving the Lebanon Valley community.
“It has truly been a privilege to serve the people and businesses of Lebanon County,” stated Cindy Heisey. “We are excited to pass the torch to someone who not only shares in the mission that has guided the business successfully for nearly four decades, but brings additional value and expertise to our clientele. Glenn’s integrity, values and experience makes him the ideal person to lead TempForce forward as it continues to evolve and grow.”
Glenn brings more than 25 years of financial planning skills and relationship management expertise to his new role. Throughout his career, he has been a driving force for many different businesses and industries in the market. His solutions-driven approach to business will ensure the organization has long-term, sustainable success.

Glenn will officially take over as the new owner on April 2. To ensure a seamless transition, the Heiseys will stay involved for several weeks as TempForce continues to be an integral part of the workforce initiatives of many local companies.
