The Golden Achievement Award is sponsored by the Rohland Funeral Home,
5th & Cumberland Sts., Lebanon and will be presented at the 2018 50+ Festival
To be held at the Lebanon Valley Expo Center.
The following nomination criteria for the award are as follows:
Nominee must be a volunteer 50+ years in age, and has positively impacted Lebanon County
Nomination to include:
Nomination organization and contact info, volunteer name and contact info, organizations the nominee volunteered with, and a short description of volunteer accomplishments.

Award:
$500 award package
