Barley Snyder Adds Immigration Attorney, Andrew J. Mahon to its Growing Roster
Barley Snyder is pleased to announce Attorney Andrew J. Mahon has recently joined the firm.
Mahon brings over a decade of experience in the areas of immigration and employment law. In his immigration practice, he represents families and businesses seeking immigration benefits in addition to defending individuals placed in removal proceedings. Mahon has significant experience representing hundreds of clients before numerous immigration law agencies.

Before joining Barley Snyder, Mahon worked at a Lancaster law firm focused primarily on immigration law where he was named partner in 2019. Prior to that, he was a staff attorney for the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center (PIRC) where he helped underserved individuals in need of immigration services.

Involved in his community, Mahon volunteers as a tax preparer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and is a volunteer lawyer and former board president of PIRC. He is also a volunteer lawyer and former liaison committee member for the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He received his bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and earned his juris doctor degree from Widener University School of Law. Prior to law school, Mahon lived in Bordeaux, France for two years working as an English teacher.
