Francis Joins JBT’s Business Solutions Team

Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. (JBT) recently hired Jessica Francis as Business Solutions Officer.
With over 20 years of banking experience, Francis began her career at Bank of Lancaster County before joining PNC. For the past eight years, Francis was employed by Marine Bank & Trust Company in Vero Beach, Florida.
In her role with JBT’s Business Solutions Team, Francis will work with new and existing business clients to identify and customize solutions to help businesses increase efficiency and profitability while also providing fraud protection solutions.
“JBT is a community bank that has strong core values and seeing the passion and drive of my teammates makes me excited to be part of the Business Solutions team,” said Francis. “I look forward to utilizing my past experience to help local businesses grow. I also look forward to being a part of the local community and being part of local organizations. Lancaster County and Central Pennsylvania are my home and I am very happy to be back in the area.”
A graduate of Penn Manor High School, Francis lives in Lancaster.
