Position: Human Resources Specialist
Overview: Freedom Recruiting has an opening in a thriving family-owned kitchen cabinet factory
Location: Robesonia PA, on-site
Schedule: Part – Time, Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 4:30pm with occasional Friday’s 28-30 hours / week
Compensation: $30-$36 Hourly (or salary optional)

Summary: This position exists to support the factory and upper management in all areas of human resources.
Responsibilities:
= All administrative duties within human resources including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, workers comp disputes, payroll, performance reviews, productivity, continued training and talent management
= Oversee & collaborate with department heads & supervisors to support all areas within the organization
= Establish a solid rapport and maintain professional relationship with all employees to ensure compliance of all HR policies
= Monitor adherence of internal policies and legal standards
= Lead efforts within the organization related to recruiting, staffing & retention.
= Implement strategies throughout departments to ensure accountability
= Maintain policies and standard operating procedures to support compliance and strategy needs.
= Performance evaluations
= Organize and execute meetings with upper management for planning and reporting.
= Other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
