Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. (JBT) recently donated $10,000 to Kenbrook Bible Camp of Lebanon, PA as part of Pennsylvania’s Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP).
The donation will assist in Kenbrook Bible Camp’s plan to convert an outdoor pavilion into a year-round space for school groups, homeschool co-ops, partnering agencies that work with children impacted by incarceration, and the community to use.
“JBT’s donation will allow local school groups and others to enjoy the beauty of nature and the environment throughout the year at Kenbrook,” said Joe McFarland, Executive Director of Kenbrook Bible Camp. “We appreciate JBT joining us in this effort which will help bring lasting benefits and memories to children and members of the community for years to come.”
“Being able to contribute to a project that will enable so many students and community organizations to enjoy what Kenbrook Bible Camp provides is an opportunity we’re proud to be a part of,” said Troy A. Peters, JBT President & CEO. “It’s a wonderful setting and turning the pavilion into a building that’s available all year long expands the capabilities of the current space.”
