Lebanon County (July 24, 2023) – The Senior FMNP from the PA Department of Agriculture
Eligible seniors must be 60 years old by 12-31-2023, live in Lebanon County and meet the household income guidelines. Mailed application and proxy forms are being processed as fast as possible (mailed forms have a much longer processing time). All checks come with a list of approved markets. If you missed our July In-person distribution events, please see the list below. We do not accept walk-ins at any other times.
Location: Area Agency on Aging (710 Maple Street, Lebanon) from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
