North Group Consultants in Lititz, Pennsylvania is pleased
to share that Leron Lehman has joined the firm as a Leadership Consultant.
North Group is an organizational health and leadership development firm that
helps organizations grow and navigate various kinds of transition, including
generational.
Leron comes to North Group bringing more than 20 years of
leadership experience in operations and finance roles, including as a
practicing CPA. He was the founding Executive Director of two pediatric
orthopedic hospitals for CURE International. Most recently, Leron served as COO
for Candoris, acquired by CDI, LLC in 2021.
Leron graduated from Messiah University with a bachelor's
degree in accounting. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the
Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce, as Chairman of the Board of Hope Walks, and
as Treasurer/Board Member of Nazareth Project International.
Leron has been married to Christine since 1994; together
they have three grown children: Andrew, Benjamin, and Rebecca.
