MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must has some home buying knowledge or
experience. Candidates must be willing to attend at least one Homebuyer class
prior to providing the education. Applicants must also be willing to become
certified within 2 years of hire. Candidate
must have a general knowledge and familiarity with computers, must be
organized, able to work independently, reliable, dependable and time sensitive.
Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
