Responsibilities:
Building duties include vacuuming, mopping, garbage removal, simple repair jobs, etc. As well as set up/tear down and clean up after functions.
May be required to work some evenings and weekends as needs dictate.
Maintain the building and landscaping including cutting the grass, weeding and leaf removal as needed, inspecting and cleaning property, roof, as well as operate snow removal equipment to maintain sidewalks.
