Elks Lodge 631 and the Lebanon Community Library will host the 2nd Annual Elks Reading Program in Honor of Lt. William Lebo onSaturday, March 16 at 10am. This special event will feature officers from the Lebanon Police Department as guest readers, a craft, and free books and school
supplies for all children who attend courtesy of the Lebanon Elks Club. No
registration is required, This is FREE
