Education and Experience:
Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. Ideally, enrolled college student.
Experience:
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Previous experience working with youths in a positive manner.

• Ability to understand and work with the diverse dynamics of a non-profit as well as multi-

• Experience and passion working with youth.

• Passion for customer service excellence (internal and external), professional etiquette,
personal boundaries, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, positive attitude and comfortable speaking to people.
• Must have professional demeanor with the ability to work cooperatively across all levels of
the organization.
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to work independently, plan, prioritize, take

organizational skills. Ability to write, edit and proofread correspondence and materials for

• Knowledge of organization’s computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite,
department-specific software systems, telecommunications, and internet applications.
• Ability to use and be comfortable with mobile devices; compliance is done paperlessly via an
application compatible with Android and iPhone.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment (machines, tools, and devices) used in
performing only the essential function include computer and related equipment, calculator,
photocopier, fax machine, and telephone.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
