Our mission is to assist Pennsylvanians with disabilities in preparing for, attaining or maintaining employment and independence. We offer incentives for companies who hire OVR customers with disabilities, including an On-The-Job Training (OJT) wage reimbursement of 100% for the first 90 calendar days.
