CASA of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties is pleased to announce the appointment of three new board members: Corinn Kirchner, David Noll, and Susan Peipher. The appointments bring CASA’s Board of Directors to 14 members for 2025, celebrating 15 years of best-interest advocacy for youth in foster care.
Corinn Kirchner
Ms. Kirchner holds an associate’s degree and currently works as a Commercial Real Estate Broker/Broker of Record. She is a Partner with PPM Real Estate, Inc. She served as Past President for Commercial & Industrial Council of Lancaster County, Past Board Member for Lancaster County Association of Realtors, and Past Board President for The Mix at Arbor Place. She is a Real Estate Committee Member for Reality Church and a volunteer for Toys for Tots of Lancaster. She trained and served as a CASA in 2022 and joined the board this year to continue to serve the youth in need of a Court Appointed Special Advocate.
Ms. Kirchner resides in Lancaster City with her husband and two rescue
dogs. She and her husband absolutely love being Aunt and Uncle to four nephews!
She has been skydiving and owns a jet ski that goes 90mph. In her free time,
she enjoys doing anything in or near water, spending time with family and
friends, reading fiction books, and laughing as much as possible.

David Noll
Dr. Noll holds degrees from Franklin & Marshall College and Philadelphia
College of Osteopathic Medicine. He served the Ephrata Area as a family
physician for 28 years, then until retirement in 2018, worked in health care
administration in the Ephrata and WellSpan systems. He had the opportunity to
serve on several community boards including Ephrata Community Hospital,
Lancaster City and County Medical Society, and Visiting Nurse Association among
others. He is an active member of Wheatland Presbyterian Church and has taught
ESL and Sunday School classes.
Dr. Noll was inspired by his wife to join CASA. She has been a
CASA for over 10 years and observing her work in assisting and advocating for
children prompted him to understand the great value that advocates bring to the
system of legal services and consequently motivated him to become involved.
Dr. Noll is happily married to his college sweetheart, and they have
three married children, 11 grandchildren and a foster grandchild. In his free
time, he loves traveling, reading, learning how to cook, listening to live jazz
music, model railroading, and of course, hanging out with his grandkids. He first
kissed his wife 50 years ago a block from where they now live in the West End
of Lancaster City!

Susan Peipher
Ms. Peipher holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College and a JD from Penn
State Dickinson School of Law. She works as an attorney at Appel, Yost &
Zee. Her practice is focused on civil litigation and municipal law. She serves
on the finance committee for Power Packs Project and previously served on the
boards of Power Packs and YWCA Lancaster. She chose to join CASA because as a
mom and a lawyer, the mission of CASA to provide trained volunteers to advocate
for the most vulnerable children in society really resonates with her.
Ms. Peipher is married with three almost-grown children (two in
college, one in law school). Her home life is ruled by their aggressively
friendly three-year-old Golden Retriever. She currently resides in Manheim
Township. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and traveling.
