Lebanon, PA – WLBR AM 1270 and WFVY Froggy Valley 100.1 General Sales Manager Tim
Ritchie has been promoted to Market Manager of the Seven Mountain Media Lebanon, PA
stations. In this expanded role, Ritchie will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the
two, heritage Lebanon radio stations, in addition to acting as the liaison between the corporate
management team and the local sales and programming employees.
In 2013, Ritchie entered the world of broadcast sales following a successful, 20-year career in
automotive sales and management. A quick study, he became sales manager of WLBR and
WQIC (now WFVY) and has shepherded the sales and programming staffs through the
transition from private station ownership to corporate ownership.
“As a lifelong Lebanon County resident, I know how important these radio stations have always
been to my family and the community. We have a great group of employees in Lebanon. Now,
with the new technologies, streaming capabilities and enhanced social media and internet sales
opportunities available to us, the future is brimming with possibilities. I am honored that Seven
Mountains Media Owner and CEO Kristin Cantrell has selected me to lead the Lebanon
market,” Ritchie said.
