On November 23, 2020, TempForce will be converting to the Spherion brand. TempForce and Spherion are brands owned by Randstad USA. Spherion offers a wealth of staffing and recruiting services, including temp-to-hire, direct-hire placement, flexible staffing and workforce management solutions. Spherion services the workforce needs of more than 4,000 businesses nationwide with about 200 offices across the country, and 21 in Pennsylvania.
TempForce has been a family owned and operated business since 1972. It has been owned and operated by the Rambler family since 2018 and will remain an independent franchise business serving the employment and workforce needs of Lebanon County.
