Having a more purposeful meeting is important especially if we are going to begin to find solutions to our workforce issues in the region. This Wednesday’s meeting will focus on Creative Work Arrangements. This could be flexible schedules/staggered work hours, telework, compressed work schedules, job sharing, and more. Please bring your experiences or questions as we delve into alternative options to the traditional 8-hour shift. This meeting is open to Chamber Member Employers. Non-members may attend one meeting before deciding to join. Registration is not required for in-person. Additional meetings will occur on the first Wednesday of each month from 8:00-9:00 AM.
