I want to thank you for your continued support with LYLAB Technology Solutions, inc. As we continue to grow, our processes and roles need to change. Last week I stepped down from being the service manager and Steve Vradenburgh has been promoted to Service Manager. He will be responsible for making sure the Service Delivery is meeting customer satisfaction and profitability goals of the business are being met. I will be stepping into an operations and visionary role for the business as President/CEO. My focus will be on building the business and supporting our Sales, Service and the Operations departments. Nicki will continue to be your Account Manager so please feel free to direct any sales or account management inquiries. Steve will be happy to assist you with anything service related.
