Non-Profit Roundtable

This month's open discussion is on WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT. Are we developing the right talent for the area? Do we have a good pool to pick from when hiring? How can a non-profit attract the right people?

More specifically, how can we attract qualified people to fill the positions that are open within your organizations.

Cindy Heisey of TempForce will facilitate the discussion. Cindy has 37 years of experience managing/owning TempForce. She has been a tremendous supporter of our region in both economic growth but also sharing her knowledge and working on projects with non-profits. Cindy has a unique insight into the available workforce in our area as well as the tools available to entice the right person for the job.
