The Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit Roundtable’s Volunteer Recruitment Fair is a free event that helps prospective volunteers discover service opportunities that fit their specific skills and interests. The participating organizations represent a wide variety of institutions focusing on human services, the arts, animal welfare, healthcare services, and more.

Leadership Lebanon Valley 5K Range Run

Leadership Lebanon Valley would like you join them for the 3rd Annual Range Run 5K. The race will take place on an area near the Fort Indiantown Gap firing ranges. The race is presented by the 2014 Leadership Lebanon Valley Class and the net proceeds will be used to fund the Leadership Lebanon Valley scholarship fund for participants in this leadership development program.

Additional Information:
Race Specifics & Highlights: * The course is a 3.1 mile (5K) loop and consists of both trail and paved areas, is generally flat, only a few minor hills, with both sun and shade areas. * The Start/Finish area is at the intersection of Range & Quartermaster Roads within the Fort Indiantown Gap area (GPS coordinates N40.45023 x W076.54966). Chamber Foundation Scholarship Dinner

The Lebanon Valley Chamber Foundation's third annual Scholarship Dinner will again serve to raise funds for use by the Foundation in providing scholarships to Lebanon County high school students to attend Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week (PFEW), college and technical school. Proceeds from the Foundation's 2014 Dinner will be used to again provide multiple PFEW scholarships in 2015, at least one college scholarship and at least one technical school scholarship to students in Lebanon County's high schools.

2nd Germany & Austria Pre-Tour Meeting

The Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce will hold a pre-tour informational meeting on Thursday, October 2 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for their upcoming trip to Germany and Austria in March 2015. The meeting will be held at the Chamber office located at 604 Cumberland Street in Lebanon. This will be the Chamber’s second pre-tour informational meeting, and it will be held as a webinar. Central Holidays, the company planning the trip, will be hosting the webinar at the Chamber, and it will be led by Ian Scott, the company’s manager.

The pre-tour informational meeting is free for anyone who wishes to attend, including those who came to the first meeting and want additional information, or those who are coming for the first time to learn more about the trip. Those attending the pre-tour informational meeting are under no obligation to sign up for the trip.
