The Lebanon Valley Family YMCA is seeking nominations for their annual Community Impact Awards.
Criteria:
- The community and individuals that the nominee has impacted must be in Lebanon County.
- The nominee is not on the Board of Directors or Staff of the Lebanon Valley Family YMCA.
- The nominees has done things that exceed the requirements of their job or profession.
- The nominee's act are not necessarily linked to financial contributions.
- Nominees can be, but are not required to be members of their job or profession.
The categories are:
- Youth Development/ Richard "Lefty" Hallman Award
- Healthy Living
- Social Responsibility
- Isaiah Leadership Award
