Columbia
Cottage Hershey is honored and privileged to welcome LaDonna Burns as the new
Managing Director as of July 30,2018. LaDonna joins the Hershey team with much excitement and enthusiasm,
looking forward to working with the team, residents and their families.
LaDonna was raised
in Texas, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University
of Texas at Arlington. She also has a
Masters of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University. Prior to joining the Columbia Cottage team,
LaDonna was the interim CEO and Nursing Home Administrator for United Zion
Retirement Community in Lititz, where she previously served as the Human
Resources Director and Compliance Official.
LaDonna has
served on the Board of Directors for LeadingAge PA, and was involved with the
Rotary Club of Lititz, Lancaster Area Senior Services and the Society for Human
Resources Management in Lancaster
County. LaDonna currently resides in Palmyra, where she and her husband, Bruce
moved in 2016. She is eager to begin building connections in the immediate
community.
