Palmyra Sportsman's Association and Rep. Frank Ryan are holding a Concealed Carry Seminar.

*  Jeff Lutz, President of Palmyra Sportsmen's Assocation, will discuss services and benefits the association offers.

*  Captain Kirk Reese, Pennysylvania State Police, will discuss concealed carry laws and the Castle Doctrine.

*  Lebanon County Sheriff Bruce Klingler will explain how to apply for a concealed carry license.
